Please read the following house rules and policies carefully before booking your stay at Arpit Residency, DLF Phase-4, Gurgaon.
Indian Nationals Only
Only guests of Indian nationality are permitted to stay at the property. Foreign nationals are not accepted.
Couples Welcome
Couples above 19 years of age are welcomed at the property with valid ID proof for both guests.
Pets Not Allowed
Dogs and other pets are not permitted anywhere on the property premises.
No Outside Visitors
Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms at any time during the stay.
No Alcohol / Birthday Parties
Consumption of alcohol and birthday celebrations are not permitted on the property.
Standard Timings
Check-in from 12:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Identity Proof Requirements
A valid, original government-issued ID proof is mandatory for every guest at the time of check-in.
Chargeable Additional Services
The following services are available on request but are charged separately and are not included in the room tariff:
- Early check-in (before 12:00 PM)
- Room heaters (in cold weather / winter season)
- Any other additional guest requests outside standard room inclusions
